This is for the couple that would like some guidance throughout the planning process, while still handling some of the planning on their own.

Month of Planning Package

This package is for the couple that has done most of the planning on their own but would like help finalizing some of the smaller details and alleviating last minute stressors.

Services for this package include:

Last minute vendor referrals, Wedding timeline creation, Vendor confirmation, Wedding rehearsal coordination, and up to 8 hours of coordination on the day of wedding

Package includes: unlimited emails, calls/text, and 2 face-to-face meetings the month of your wedding (within designated office hours)

Starting at $ 1,200

Set up

For the couple that needs minimal help with set-up on the wedding day and to ease any last minute stressors.

Services for this package include:

Oversight of the ceremony, oversight of the reception set-up, and assistance with the small details (i.e escort table, gift table, ect)

Package includes: unlimited emails, calls/text one week prior to wedding day, and one face-to-face venue walk through. (within designated office hours)

Flat rate of $ 525

Planning Tools

For the newly engaged couple that plans to do most of the planning on their own, but would like some guidance throughout the process.

Services for this package include:

One remote budget creation meeting, access to preferred vendor list, wedding & bridal party checklist, room layout & floor plan design, and one remote wedding timeline creation meeting.

Package includes: unlimited emails (within designated office hours) may be combined with month-of, week/day-of, and/or set-up packages.

Flat Rate of $ 425

Week/Day of Planning Package

This package is for the couple that has handled all major details of wedding planning, and needing help with week/day-of logistics for their wedding.

Services for this package include:

Wedding day timeline creation, Wedding rehearsal coordination, and up to 7 hours of coordination on the day of wedding

Package includes: unlimited emails, calls/text, one face-to-face meeting a few weeks out from your wedding. (within designated office hours) Please note: this package can only be booked with venues that include inclusive catering and rentals.
